Why are the stewards not investigating the Vettel/Webber accident?

Although from looking at the replays, it does look like a genuine racing incident, with both drivers partially to blame,
I was suprised that the stewards didn’t announce an investigation, especially seeing as it was between drivers for the lead…and at the time it wasn’t clear if someone was at fault
am I the only one who thinks this? If they had of been in different teams, i expect they would have investigated it…

i thought that, and just because they are in the same team why should it stop it from being investigated? it was unsafe driving from vettel, that is fully deserving of a penalty. if any other driver did it they would have got a penalty.
