Should Sachin Tendulkar receive knighthood?
If any medium-high achiever is entitled to the knighthood, then players of Sachin’s class, top notch, deserve that on merit alone but since India doesn’t recognize British merit orders anymore, so it won’t happen, like Gavaskar, Sachin also might get the MCC membership, he is definitely on course for the highest Indian individual award–Bharat Ratna, which should be conferred on him sooner than later !!
