Soccer Ymca

Looking for soccer “league” for 3 year old toddler in Orlando?

I found FloridaStarSac.com but that’s in Altamonte Springs. I’d like to find something in Orlando for my 3 year old to learn to play soccer without joining the YMCA. Any ideas?

Google Lil Kickers FL and a bunch of sites will show up in various areas of Florida. I’m not from the area so not sure what is near Orlando. We started it with my kids when my son was 3 years and my daughter 18 months (I think it’s a national program as we live in VA). At that age, it’s a “mommy & me” class (although there may be a 3 year old class without parents depending on what they offer). It’s touted as a child development class, not plain soccer, as at that age it’s more about learning how to listen to a coach, take turns, interact with others in a sport setting etc. That’s not to say that they don’t include soccer stuff, they do games that introduce soccer practices, help with balance, stretching exercises etc. But they also do parachute games and red light/green light etc. It’s a fun way to spend an hour with your child and introduce them to the game of soccer.

ETA: I found this place in Orlando…scroll down to bottom of page and it gives a contact number for Lil Kickers programs.
