Sb1070 Unconstitutional

People are saying that SB1070 is unconstitutional, what is your opinion?

According to the judge, it violates the 4th, 5th, & 14th Amendments. It also violates the Supremacy Clause, Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, which gives the federal government sole responsibility over immigration law.
