SB1070 No targets should focus on illegal immigrants from Canada?
They are not going to target Canadians living here with an expired visa, along with other illegal white. They are not targeting Hispanics speak Spanish. We need to set the border, but racial discrimination is not how. Do you think that is racist now? I know it will not make a racial profile, which is based on reasonable doubt. It is not as people can take over after a traffic violation and request the documents because they are Hispanic. Read the bill, which does not allow police officers to do so. There are many things that the agents have to take into account such as: Does this person speak a foreign language and English not? This person seems more nervous about the ticket? The person avoids eye contact? H Boss etc, I have read, and told me that the police can not ask someone of their immigration status solely because of their race.
