Sb1070 Is Law

What do you think abou the Arizona immigration law sb1070?

How will that affect the U.S or your state?
Will it be a better place or worser?
Is it right?
Are immigrants hurting anyone?

After thinking about the law, I find myself in favor of it. I think it’s about time a state decided to finally start cracking down on the immigration policy. For a long time we’ve been saying “ILLEGAL immigrants” yet when it came to the laws we always chose amnesty. I think it will help the US overall because now that we’re finally enforcing the laws we finally stop giving jobs to illegals and start giving them to Americans. People claim that it infringes on their right to privacy (search and seizure) but in reality it doesn’t. They’re not just going to stop some guy on the sidewalk because he’s Mexican. Only if he is being stopped or questioned for something else. One of the biggest complaints I’ve heard is that what if they don’t have their papers with them? Well it’s really not that hard- a simple driver’s license will do the trick. Plus if you get pulled over for a taillight/speeding, you’re going to need to show i.d. anyway and if you don’t have your license they can already put you in jail until you prove you have it.
