Is the failure of sb1070 discouraged other states to bring similar laws?
were they waiting for the outcome of the Arizona sb1070 to decide if they were going to follow brewer but after the judge’s decision they said “no way”, and let Arizona alone in the game? They were waiting because they didn’t want to look ridicule too like happened to Arizona?

SB1070 hasn’t failed heavily enough yet. Supporters of SB1070 are issuing threats against federal judges, using profanity, and threatening to mistreat people. We’ll see how that works out for them.
