Is it legal to take pictures at a concert?
I’m going to an Eagles concert with my dad tomorrow, and I wanted to take pictures because my mom has always wanted to see them since she was my age, 16.
I asked my dad if I could bring my video camera, and I kinda knew that answer, no. haha.
Then I asked him if we could take pictures, and he was like no..again.
But I remember the last concert I went to I took pictures, I still have them. But that was at the Ohio State Fair. So I don’t know if that makes a difference.
I was just wondering if it is legal to take pictures.
And if it depends on where I’m going to see it, then where can I check?

That’s up to the venue and the band. It is often stated on the tickets. Otherwise, call them and ask.
