Generally speaking, typical MadrileƱo food is ham and ham and ham but more specifically its tapas. Tapas are different types of foods in small portions. For example, it could be a portion of cured ham, cheese, boquerones(sardines soaked in vinegar), fried zucchini with cheese, roasted/fried potatoes, etc oh there are so many and the descriptions do not make up for how delicious they really are. Personally, the ham in Spain is the best one i’ve ever tasted anywhere. Anyway you usually order several portions of different types of food, it’s like when you eat different types of sushi or dim-sum but it’s just a Spanish version.
Sorry but I don’t understand your 2nd question
These are the holidays celebrated in Madrid:
January 1 New Year’s Day
moveable Good Friday
May 1 Labor Day
August 15 Assumption of Mary
October 12 Hispanic Day
November 1 All Saints Day (Madrid’s patron saint, Almudena)
December 6 Constitution Day
December 8 Immaculate Conception
December 25 Christmas Day
Madrid holds superb museums such as the Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, National Museum of Reina Sofia. Famous artists such as Dali, Picasso, Velasquez, Goya, etc have their paintings there. Theres a lot of significant historical artifacts, monuments, buildings all around the city of Madrid. It’s got beautiful parks such as the Retiro park, a massive park and one of my favourites in the world. Bull fighting and Flamenco (although a more Andalusia culture) are very touristy type attractions. There is always something happening in Madrid as Spaniards always love to party or socialize, whether its your sterotypical party with alcohol and loud music, a low-key/high-key concert, an Opera, a show of some sort, a cinema, etc
