Haha this question is for my little cousin, shes in love with justin bieber &i even caught her looking on google how to be in a music video with him. She just recently saw the music video baby & got instantly jealous. Well can you please help her? Thanks ♥

well he had this contest, like this ticket thing where 3 golden tickets are in his CD. if you get it you get to be in his video and meet and and stuff. idk if its still going on tho.
