Refurbished Xbox 360 questions?
I have been thinking about getting a 360 for awhile now and I have decided to buy one. I found a $199 refurbished Pro at gamestop. Is it worth it? It comes with 2 controllers, a headset, ethernet cable and a 20 GB HD.
Will it get the RROD in 3-4 months, or will it last as long as new systems.
Does GameStop sell models with the new falcon chip?
The website says it comes with a Xenon power adapter, does that apply to all models?
All answers are appriciated!
PS My worst nightmare would be to come home from the Halo Reach midnight release and get the RROD and have to wait, or play it and have it screw up my disc.
Don’t buy a refurbished console. They have a better chance at getting the RRoD.
GS should only sell 360s with the Jasper chipset. That’s the latest chipset, not the Falcon.
Yes, all 360s come with the Xenon power brick.
You are better off to just save 100 bucks and get an Elite for 300 bucks.
