Kindle 3g Web Browsing
Can I send e-mails thru Kindle 3 with Wi-Fi and 3g?
Or is it only web browsing?

Yes, you can. I’ve the Kindle 2 and I can use it to check email, not to mention Kindle 3 as its web browser is improved. There is also a user review here talking about benefits and email checking on the Kindle:
