Bullfight in Madrid or Barcelona?

I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out the bullfight schedule in Madrid and Barcelona. With the festival going on right now the schedule for Madrid only goes through like June 7th. I am looking for one June 21st. I read Madrid has them every Sunday but the schedule and tickets past June 7th don’t appear aren’t available online. Does anyone know if there is a bullfight on June 21st in Madrid? Does anyone know if these sell out? Should we just wait to buy there or buy ahead of time online if they become available? (may be slightly more expensive as the cheapest available online appear to be 23 where as I think they should be like 10.) There are tickets available for June 21st in Barcelona. Does anyone have a preference for which stadium is more of an experience?

One of the major difference between Madrid and Barcelona: Madrid likes bullfight in general, Barcelona hates it 99%.

People from Barcelona and rest of Catalonia considers bufflight too Spanish apart from the fact that sees it as something bloody and barbaric even if it must be said that most Catalans liked it 100 years ago.

The City Council of Barcelona voted to declare Barcelona an “Anti-bullfight city” but it is the autonomous Catalan Government who has the possibility to ban it. This is going to come true in some months time, as more than 180.000 signatures have been handed to the Catalan Parliament so the deputies vote if they want to ban bullfight in the Catalan territory or not. It is nearly sure it will be banned.

In Barcelona the ring can hold 15.000 people and is nearly always half-empty, 70% of the attendance being tourists. Most of them leave the ring disgusted of what they have seeen.

So the choice is clear: Madrid, even if I would like you not attend a bullfight. It is horrible.

According to a recent survey, 72% of the Spaniards ARE NOT interested in bullfight, and the younger the people are, the less interest they have.
