Bone Black Definition

What is meant in Job 30:30?

Job 30:30 My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.

What is meant by this? Is it actually saying his skin is black or what? Because I’ve been told it literally means he’s skin is black, therefore he is a black man.

Also

Lam. 4:8 Their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.

Lam 5:10 Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.

Again is it actually talking about skin being black or no?Because I look up the definition of black and it can mean things that I would think would fit.
Also:

Sgs 1:5 I [am] black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.

Sgs 1:6 Look not upon me, because I [am] black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; [but] mine own vineyard have I not kept.

Job 30:30; Lamentations 4:8; 5:10- All these speak of the skin’s deterioration due to either illness or famine. The first scripture is blackness from illness and the last two are from famine. Blackness is a symbol of famine(the Black horse mentioned in Revelation).
These verses have nothing to do with what race one is.
