Are the Detroit zoo and Bank of America teaming up for free weekend admissions?
I saw this a couple of weeks ago on one of the local news stations that through April 2009 the first weekend of every month with your Bank of America atm card you could get free admission. But there is nothing on the zoo’s website about this and I was just wondering if anyone knew anything more about this.
Apparently they do. They do it for 3 museums or zoos in the Detroit area. Click the Michigan picture in the source.

They did in 2008. But it stopped in 2009. BOA Card holders do not get into the Zoo for free, nor a discount. However you get get a discount by buying your tickets at Kroger. See the weekly flier for details.
