Bank Of America Quicken 2010

How can I download all available transactions into Quicken 2010?

Quicken is only allowing me to download from March 2010, but I have transactions available online at Bank of America dating back to July 2009. What can I do to get ALL those transactions into Quicken?

Typically this is a restriction on the bank. I don’t know how BoA works but for the Banks I deal with I go to the Online page, select a statement and then download it to quicken.

One Step update does work north of the border so we always have to use that mechanism.
