Bank Of America Quick Pay

Someone Stealing my money from Texas!! ?

Alright, this is a emergency and I need answers quick before I can rest easily. The situation is like this, someone been stealing my money these couple of days from my Bank of America Check card. They been buying a lot of stuff that total to $400 and I was wondering if Bank of America can stop this transaction. I just deposit a check of $1000 today, but I was so dumb I didn’t look at the recent transaction and it 11:41 PM right now, so customer service doesn’t work. I look at my bank account online and it said my check is pending, but my mom said it will be available for them to use. The question is if the transaction goes through, will Bank of America give me my money back or will I lose that money??? I’m scared because I need that money for college to pay for rent, books, and food. HELP ME PLEASE! Thank you.

You need to contact the bank as soon as they open in the morning, and explain the situation. If you can prove that you did not make those transactions, they may refund the money. Then you should change all your passwords and PIN numbers associated with that account.
