Does anyone know the name of the president of Bank of America? Or someone higher up than CSR’s?
I’m having a situation with Bank of America (Credit Card) that is not being handled properly. I’ve called the 800# & talked to a few reps, who have been of no assistance. They won’t even let me completely explain the issue. It sounds as if they’re just reading script. I ask for someone in management & they do their best to get around that, until I just get irritated. I’ve sent emails, but again, it’s only the representatives that respond. I have an issue I need resolved soon. How can I contact someone higher up? Preferably by email or a mailing address, so I can have time to thoroughly explain my situation. I see addresses on the website, but none that mention upper management. Any true help is much appreciated. Thank you!

If you were to send a letter to that address addressed to the chairman, ceo, and president, you might have some luck.
