Has anyone “mysteriously” missed a SCHEDULED Bank of America online payment in the past month?
I’m not sure what’s going on with them, but I scheduled payments for both my BofA 4 days prior to the due date and surprisingly…. they never posted. Now,BofA has charged me the late fee and has jacked up my interest rate. The mistake on my part is that I never print out the confirmations when I submitted the online bill pay. When I called them, they obviously made it out to be my fault, but would not remove the late fee nor restore the interest rate. I haven’t missed a payment in over four years, but what I was really wondering is if this has happened to anyone else in the past month?
In case you’re wondering…I posted this in elections because there are 100X more people here that will see my question. Thanks for understanding!

i’m incredibly frustrated, as it was their fault in the first place…
i was told to call and report them to this place that can sue them, but i forgot the name of it… i’l;l let you now when i find out
i’m closing my acount there and opening up somewhere else, because this is disgusting
