PAYPAL, Are these somone elses bank account details?!?
right i made paypal account, and thenmy friend requested a payment from me, and it said my name was aymeric lejeune? And i thought what the hell, must be a generated name or somthing, and i just logged into it and clicked top up account and now it says this:
•The money must come from a bank account that’s in the same name as your PayPal account. The name registered on your PayPal account is: aymeric lejeune. Read more
•Use your Transfer ID exactly as it appears below and enter it into the Transfer Title, Notes or Memo field when transferring money from your bank account to PayPal. Read more
then it has an account number, his transfer id, Bank of america in antwerp, whever the hell that is, im in the uk btw, and an IBAN whatever that is, so can somone explaine what the hell is going on?!
Also, i closed my account, and nothings in my bank till friday, so am i safe?
I highly recommend you call the Paypal 800 number right away and report this. My cousin sells on ebay a lot and lost almost $7500 after receiving a strange message from Paypal.
