Bank Of America Fees Abroad

How I can configure my BoA account in Spain and Spanish banks are well?

I'm in Spain and will be in the next two months, and a large part of this will be spent traveling. I keep my money in an account at Bank of America and seems to have a crazy cool enough to use cards debit and above all to make withdrawals from ATMs abroad (I use World, but a bank ATM Alliance BoA any of these statements to obtain a fee reduced in Spain?). What is the best way to use my money without having to pay a lot of fees? I think the best, since the intention to spend a few thousands of dollars here, is to open a local bank account and transfer money there. What are the best banks in Spain, and does not charge high cost BoA to transfer money between banks internationally?

The best Spanish banks are (in no order), probably, BBVA, Santander, La Caixa. Also check Barclays. Check costs. They are all thieves when it comes to bank charges.
