Has anybody been tricked by one of those fake Bank of America emails?
I put the info in, and then called my bank to find out that they didnt send me anything. So not even 24 hours after sendin my info i had to change my bank id, and passcode. So they cant touch my money, but they still got my social, I mean they may not use it, but i still put a fruad alert on my credit information. Has this happened to you? Im new at this, so I hope I’ve done everything im supposed to, to protect myself, I’m trying not to stress about it.
I have not. Yet I am very glad you are bringing this to a forum where other can benefit for this information. This is a terrible thing that needs to be addressed. Thank you for your question.
